Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Community: Surprise Memory Care
Our Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and sales program to insure maximum occupancy and revenue levels are achieved for the community. This person is a key member of the community's management team adhering to Avenir's policy and procedures and upholding Avenir's mission, philosophy and values.
Work closely with the Executive Director on developing quarterly sales and outreach plans including Community Events, Educational Seminars, Professional Networking and Advertising.
Work in partnership with the community staff to insure all aspects of sales process (Inquiry, Tour, Follow-up and closing the sale) and community events are handled professionally and expertly.
Maintain all expenditures for department to remain within budget
Utilize strong interpersonal skills in identifying and maintaining key relationships with community and professional resources
